  2. Write a care card for each plant together.
  3. Get a dated photo every visit. Pay through Stripe, never cash.

If a plant dies on our watch, we pay to replace it.

When your sitter didn't follow your written care instructions: replacement cost, up to the booking price or $50, whichever is lower.

What we need
Your instructions and photos at booking, the sitter's dated photo at every visit, and your claim within 7 days of the last visit.
What isn't covered
Pests or disease that were already there, mistakes in your own instructions, weather, plants that were already stressed, and plants worth more than about $100 that you didn't tell us about at booking.
The sitter
Gives up their payout for that booking.
